What are the Patron Services hours and where are you located?

The Santa Rosa Symphony’s patron services office is located on the first floor at 50 Santa Rosa Avenue, Santa Rosa. We are directly across from the Roxy movie theater. Entry is through exterior doors, in the rear, on the north and south sides of the building.

The Patron Services Office is open: M, T, TH, F – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  |  W – 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM.  We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

You can purchase tickets through our website 24/7.  Our box office opens at Weill Hall 1-1/2 hours prior to the concert.
