How to Redeem

• Online at time of ticket purchase*
• In person at the SRS Patron Services Office
• Mail-in to SRS Patron Services Office
• At the box office at the concert (except for Youth Ensemble concerts)

*  To use a gift certificate online, you will need two things; a control number and a security code. Please Note:
Santa Rosa Symphony gift certificates can only be used for SRS performances; Classical Series, Discovery Rehearsals and Family Series concerts. You can apply your gift certificate to season tickets. It cannot be used for Pops concerts at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts or Green Music Center concerts.
