Ticket Exchanges
All tickets are nonrefundable however you may exchange your tickets for another performance in the same concert set. Seating is subject to availability. Exchanges are not available for past performances or a different concert set. Please note: tickets cannot be exchanged once the concert has passed.
Subscription Ticket Exchanges:
All subscribers receive FREE ticket exchanges (for same-priced seats) when requested by 5:00 pm on the Thursday prior to concerts. A $4 per ticket fee applies thereafter.
Single Ticket Exchanges:
The flexibility of exchanging tickets is available to single ticket patrons for a $4 per ticket fee. Please call Patron Services to exchange. (707) 546-8742.
How to Exchange Tickets
Seating is subject to availability.
Mail torn tickets to the SRS Patron Services Office or email your torn tickets to tickets@srsymphony.org.
When a ticket exchange includes an upgrade to a higher-priced performance or seat, the difference will be collected. Refunds are unavailable for exchanges into lesser-priced performances or seats. Please include your credit card information to cover fees or seat upgrades. For best seating, we encourage you to exchange your tickets as early as possible. Exchanges are not available for past performances or a different concert set.
Ticket Donation
If you are unable to attend a concert, you may return your tickets to the Symphony for resale. We must receive your tickets no later than 5:00 pm on the Thursday prior to concert weekends in order to issue a ticket donation receipt. If we receive your tickets after the deadline, you may be eligible for a ticket donation, but only if your tickets are resold. If we are able to convert your tickets into a donation, we will email you the receipt within 48 hours. Please note: tickets cannot be returned for a donation once the concert has passed.
Lost Tickets
If your tickets are lost, please notify the Symphony Patron Services Office as soon as possible. There is a $2 fee per ticket to reprint. Reprinted tickets will be held at Will Call. Please call (707) 546-8742.
Children at the Symphony
Attending the symphony as a family is a great way to spend time together, but live music is appreciated in a quiet environment and Classical Series concerts tend to be too long for young children. Children seven and over are welcome at both the Discovery series rehearsals and Classical series concerts at Weill Hall at the Green Music Center. Infants and children under seven are not allowed at Classical Series concerts or Discovery Series rehearsals.
We encourage families with very young children to attend the Symphony’s Family Series concerts on Sundays at 3:00 pm. These performances, created especially for children, are appropriate for all ages and are approximately one hour in length. We offer three family concerts during the season and each includes an Instrument Petting Zoo beginning at 2:00 pm in the lobby of Weill Hall at the Green Music Center.
Classical Series concerts and Discovery Series rehearsals are appropriate for ages 7 and up. No one under the age of 7 will be allowed.
Family Series concerts are appropriate for all ages. All patrons, regardless of age, need a ticket to enter.
Youth Ensemble concerts are appropriate for all ages.
Any person exhibiting unruly behavior at any of the Symphony’s performances will be asked to leave. All patrons, regardless of age, need a ticket to enter the performance venue.
What are the Patron Services hours and where are you located?
The Santa Rosa Symphony’s patron services office is located on the first floor at 50 Santa Rosa Avenue, Santa Rosa. We are directly across from the Roxy movie theater. Entry is through exterior doors, in the rear, on the north and south sides of the building.
The Patron Services Office is open: M, T, TH, F – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm | W – 10:30 am – 5:00 am. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

You can purchase tickets through our website 24/7. Our box office opens at Weill Hall 1-1/2 hours prior to the concert.

How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available on our website, in person or phone. Subscriptions are available by calling or visiting the Patron Services Office (707) 546-8742. Please see above for office hours. All tickets are subject to availability.
If I buy tickets on-line, can I pick my own seats?
YES! Picking your own seats is easy, simply follow the instructions on the ticket page. If you need help, please call Patron Services (707) 546-8742.
What if I buy on-line but don’t have a printer to print the tickets?
Not to worry, our ticket scanners scan from your cell phone. Once you purchase your ticket(s), you will receive an email with the ticket(s) attached as a PDF. Simply have the electronic PDF(s) ready on your phone and let the scanners do the rest!
Please note: the scanners can only read the original PDF not a screen shot of the ticket(s).
Can I purchase tickets at the concert?
Yes. Single tickets can be purchased on the day of the concert at the venue beginning 90 minutes prior to the performance start-time, subject to availability. Ticket fees do not apply to tickets purchased at the concert venue.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA. Checks should be made payable to Santa Rosa Symphony.
Who should I contact if there is a problem with ordering tickets on-line?

Can I purchase Santa Rosa Symphony tickets through a third-party vendor?
Buyer Beware! The Santa Rosa Symphony is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties such as ticket brokers or online outlets. Tickets purchased from third parties may not be valid and unusable for admittance, and we cannot replace lost or stolen third-party tickets. Tickets purchased from third parties may be priced much higher than the ticket’s actual face value, and we will be unable to contact holders of such tickets about program changes or cancellations.
Why do I have to pay a ticket fee?
The Santa Rosa Symphony is dedicated to providing our patrons with the best possible experience. With this in mind, all of our ticketing is managed by our own in-house box office. The convenience fees charged (one of the lowest in the area) help us offset many costs, including processing and/or mailing your tickets, maintaining and improving our online ticketing software, maintaining and improving the ticketing system on our website, and the costs associated with ecommerce transactions. When you purchase your tickets in person at our Patron Services Office or at the door, we waive all ticket convenience fees.
What are the benefits of being a 7-Concert Classical Series subscriber?
Guaranteed seating for all 7 Classical Series Concerts
As a subscriber, you’re assured the same great seats for every performance in your series. You receive all your tickets in advance and won’t have to wait in line or risk missing a sold-out performance. You will also receive a 15% discount on single ticket purchases to the Classical Series concerts.
Seat renewal privileges
For as long as you continue your subscription, you have the opportunity to renew the same seats and series.
Highest priority consideration for seat upgrades
If you decide to change your series or seats, your request is given the highest priority and is handled before new orders are filled.
Savings
Subscribers save up to 23% over single ticket buyers.
Early Access to Single Tickets
Subscribers have the first opportunity to buy single tickets prior to the on-sale date to the public. This special one-time offer is 20% Off with no additional fees.
15% Off single tickets to Classical Series concerts
As a subscriber, you will receive a 15% Off discount (fees are waived too!) when you purchase single tickets to Classical Series concerts.
Free Ticket Exchanges
In the event that you cannot attend a concert, you may exchange your tickets for another performance within the same set (subject to availability). Ticket exchanges are free (for same-priced seats) when requested by 5:00 PM on Thursday of concert weekends. After 5:00 PM on Thursday of concert weekends, there is an additional $4/ticket exchange fee.
Do you offer student rush tickets?
Yes! We offer discounted Student Rush tickets 1 hour prior to Classical Series performances for $10 per ticket, subject to availability. Please be prepared to show your current student I.D. or schedule of classes. Student Rush tickets are only available at the door.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Enjoy the Santa Rosa Symphony with friends and family and share the musical experience of a lifetime. Groups of ten or more receive discounted tickets (some restrictions apply). To purchase group tickets, contact Shekeyna Black, Patron Services Manager at (707) 546-8742 or email.
Do you have Gift Certificates available for purchase?
Yes! Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount and may be used toward the purchase of any Santa Rosa Symphony Classical, Discovery, Family or Youth Ensemble concert tickets or subscription. To purchase a gift certificate, please call Patron Services at (707) 546-8742 or buy online. Please note, SRS gift certificates cannot be used for Pops concerts at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts or Green Music Center concerts.
Are there any special discounts for children?
YES! We want you to bring your children, ages 7-17, to our Classical Series performances without breaking the bank. You can receive ONE complimentary youth ticket when you purchase ONE adult ticket to any Classical Series concerts. Ages 7-17 years of age. Good for Classical Series concerts only.
