b'FOR YOUR INFORMATIONYOUR TICKETSAll tickets are non-refundable.Ticket Exchanges: You may exchange your tickets for another performance in the same concert set (subject to availability).Subscription Ticket Exchanges: Subscribers receive FREE ticket exchanges when requested by 5:00 pm on the Thursday prior to concerts. A $4 per ticket fee applies thereafter.Single Ticket Exchanges: $4 per ticket.Exchange Procedure: Seating is subject to availability. Please call or email Patron Services to exchange your ticket(s). Please include your daytime phone number and the performance day and date of the concert you wish to exchange into. When a ticket exchange includes an upgrade to a higher-priced seat, the difference will be collected. Refunds are unavailable for exchanges into lesser-priced performances or seats. Please include your credit card information to cover fees or seat upgrades. For best seating, we encourage you to exchange your tickets as early as possible. Exchanges are not available for past performances or a different concert set.Ticket Return & Donations: If you are unable to attend a concert, you may return your tickets to the Symphony for resale. We must receive your tickets no later than 5:00 pm on the Thursday prior to concert weekends in order to issue a ticket donation receipt. If we receive your tickets after the deadline, you may be eligible for a ticket donation, but only if your tickets are resold.YOUR CONCERT EXPERIENCELate Seating: Please note that all Santa Rosa Symphony concerts begin promptly as scheduled. Out of consideration for the musicians and audience, there is no seating during the performance. Ushers will seat latecomers at appropriate intervals.Concert Etiquette: Your enjoyment of the concert and the pleasure of your neighbors are greatly enhanced by your prompt arrival, quiet behavior, and attentive listening. It is traditional at symphony concerts to defer applause until the end of the work, and remain in the hall until the conductor exits the stage. Cellphones should be turned off before the performance. Also, please refrain from wearing fragrances to the concert.Cameras and Recording Equipment are prohibited at all performances.Assisted Listening Devices: Available for the hearing-impaired at the coat check in the lobby.Accessible Seating: Available on all three levels of Weill Hall. There is an elevator from the Grand Lobby to the Choral Circle and Balcony. This venue is in compliance with regulations concerning the presence of service dogs.
